Chivas 18​

Place: Pier88 Zamalek, Cairo

Event: Full Concept and event realization by Carte Blanche for Chivas Regal 18.

Concept: Exclusive culinary gourmet dinner for a highly selective crowd served a special 18 course molecular menu highlighting the 85 flavor notes in Chivas Regal 18. Building on the concept of a taste in every drop.

Branding: The venue was transformed into a culinary delight with candles and touches of the flavor notes on display. Branded brass napkin holders, handcrafted glass drops were hanging from the ceiling and wooden box containing some of the flavor delights were given to the guests.

A leatherbound book telling the story of the evening through pictures of the dishes and the evening with text was sent to each attending guest with a handwritten note, the deign and production by Carte Blanche.

The photoshoot was executed by Sherif Tamim and Timothy Kaldas with direction from Carte Blanche

Menu: A special menu was created and prepared by star chef “Georgio Diana”
